- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Service Call covers the first hour, then it drops to 45hr,if it looks like I can repair it in that 2hr window I'll complete it, if not I'll give you a set price and we'll take it from there. The majority of the time, the problem is Repaired in the first hour which would cost $85.00 + parts. Upon arrival at your location 99.,9% of the time I can determine if the problem or task is going to be simple or complex. For example if all that is necessary is to push a reset button etc, I'll discount service Call fee accordingly. If I determin the problem/task is going to be intensive I'll give you a set price, if you decline, no problem. I'll discount the Service Call fee accordingly. If you accept the offer, I'll delete the Service Call fee. Standard Service Call = $85.00 (50 mile radius of 30107)

K through 12 +2 years trade school, many CEU'S and "30years at the University of Hard Knocks"
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Due to the economy at the time, I moved to Houston, TX. Acquired a apprentice position and within 4 years I was running work. Due to the economy, I moved to Atlanta and continued running work for 16 years, then I worked out of IBEW Local 613 for 5 years, due to the economy again, I worked 7 years as a Industrial Maintenance electrician. Also running my electrical contacting business through out this time.
