- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a fixed fee. I do require a deposit if you need a QBO build. I do provide a breakout of charges when billed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, all of my clients have access to a client portal. This portal will list everything that I need to get started and then some. You may also upload documents and ask any questions. However, you are always welcome to call me with questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9+ years as a bookkeeper. I also have human resource and payroll experience as well.
