The technician was PHENOMENAL!!! I initiated the Thumbtack platform seeking a technician for a Dryer Repair at 3pm on a Saturday. I was not expecting a response until Monday morning. TJ Appliance Repair LLC called me as soon as I hit the submit button at 3pm!. He listened as I explained my delimma that my Samsung Dryer was no longer turning. He said that he could immediately come today if I was available! I was shocked that this was so accommodating! I gave the tech my address and he was there in a little over an hour later in his Service Van! Technician surprised me when after 15 minutes of diagnosing the Dryer that I needed no parts!!!☺️ There was an item of clothing that had gotten stuck in the internal parts of the Dryer! Technician charged me a very fair charge for the diagnosis/repair and had everything wrapped up and completed within the hour! This technician was very efficient by accommodating me on a Saturday evening! He also was very professional! He also is honest in his diagnosis and scope of work! I will be referring all my friends and family to this technician!

My GE dishwasher stopped working, so I reached out to TJ Appliance Repair and Max came out to diagnose the problem the same day. Max explained the issue and what part was needed to fix the dishwasher. Next day Max was back with the new part and got my dishwasher working like new. Would definitely hire again. Wore mask and took shoes off for safety and cleaned up well.
