Introduction: Hello, I am Stephen Newton, the owner of Repair Tech Services. I founded this company in 2018 after seeing a shortage of help for people with common everyday problems. I grew up fixing a variety of things with a variety of tools without the help of Google so I am a great problem solver and I love learning new things.

I contacted Stephen and inquired about changing out my ceiling fan and also a light fixture. The communication was great from the start. He made sure I had the necessary things they needed to effectively complete the job. I needed an extended downrod for my high ceiling fan and Stephen sent me some examples on what to get. Him and his team kept in communication until arrival and completed the job. I have included before and after pictures of the light fixture they changed out as well. I will be hiring Stephen for another planned house project in the near future.

$125 1st hour and $75 an hour after, plus any materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much info as possible before a visit to be sure I have all materials needed. Pictures are a huge plus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training for the variety of jobs I do is self-taught on the job learning and I gauge my success by the happiness of the customer. I strive for a smile and thank you.
