Larry has a vast knowledge and skill set in nearly all areas of construction/home improvement and renovations. Not only is his craftsmanship impeccable, he truly cares about the finished product. He will take the time to go over the ins and outs of the project and explain any issues that he might foresee and plan ahead with you. Honestly, there is nothing I wouldn’t trust Larry to take on in my home or one of my properties! He’s the one of the best out there and a dying breed of skilled tradesmen!

Our rates start at $25. Per hour up to $50. Per hour depending on your project. I.e. equipment rentals, fuel cost.. etc
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone conversation to schedule a walk thru in person with customer, set project goals, dates, and expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of military experience building and electrical. Also numerous years of experience in modular home building.
