FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I want to accomplish is finding out what exactly my customer is looking for and then helping them understand how I can fill their needs, assist them with answering any and all questions, offer suggestions, advice etc. Once that is established I will generally do two things upon agreeing upon needs, services etc. I always use a service agreement contract that obligates both me to provide the services agreed upon and obligates the customer to the price agreed upon. Next I have my customers complete a survey document that helps make clear to everyone the schedule of events, the who will do what, when where how etc. If I am providing music I also get an advance list of any special requests, dedications and etc. along with a play list of a few songs to help establish the type(s) of music they want to hear. Above all we want a smooth, low stress, enjoyable event for everyone. Planning makes all the difference in a quality execution of memorable Celebration Event.
