All pricing is based on the size and condition of the home. Standard cleaning starts at a flat rate, and final pricing is confirmed after a quick walkthrough or photos. Add on services are available upon request.

At Semper Scrub LLC, the process starts with a quick consultation where I learn your cleaning needs, home size, and any special requests. I then provide a transparent, customized quote so you know exactly what to expect. Once booked, I confirm your appointment and arrive fully prepared with all necessary supplies. During the cleaning, I focus on detail, consistency, and quality to leave your space spotless and refreshed. After service, I make sure you’re satisfied and offer easy options for future cleanings if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning, where I’ve developed strong skills in detailed cleaning, organization, sanitation, and time management. My training comes from real-world experience working in a variety of environments, including homes and commercial spaces with different cleaning needs and standards.
