- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Returning clients receive 25% off session price and a 10% discount on prints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find out who you are and what you expect from the experience with me. I love meeting new people. Then I find out what you want, need and any special requirements. After the client and I have worked out all the details, time, location, and wardrobe specifics, I receive a 50% deposit and we book the date. The remaining balance is due the day before the shoot. I always arrive at the shoot 30-40 minutes early to set-up and make sure I am ready to go. I then work with my client to acquire the images they want, and once I make sure they are happy with what we have created together, we call it a wrap. I have a 7-day turn-around on all image processing. I do not just drop your images into Lightroom and select a preset and send you a link. I take the time to make sure each image is up to my standard of professional quality and your specifications. Once I have processed the images, I will send the client a private download link for viewing. After approving the images, I send a download link to the images. I also offer full printing services to my customers and a 20% discount on prints for first-time customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Fine Art Portrait Photography at the Academy of Art University in SanFrancisco, CA and am continuing my studies in portrait, commercial and advertising photography.
