As a consumer who doesn't rent a dumpster often, I wanted an easy, reliable experience with great customer service. I'm guessing my 20 yd dumpster cost a little bit more than a competitor, but the customer service and ability to handle last minute delivery and pickup made it worth every penny. I have now used them three times and am very happy with everything.

Let me start with saying that their customer service is awesome! She helped me to figure out what size dumpster I needed overall. They followed my directions to the letter on where on the property I wanted the dumpster. Upon dropping off the dumpster, the driver left instructions on what and what not to do. I called the day before the dumpster was scheduled to be picked and asked that it be picked up early. Customer service said yes, and before it was picked up, I received a call from the driver giving me a time it would be picked up. I'm also very pleased with how they put wood under the dumpster to protect the driveway. Very professional company! I will definitely be doing business with this company again.
