Had an awesome experience with this shop, which made a custom mantle for me. When it came, there were some knots in the wood that had been filled in with a filler that didnt quite match. It looked great but wasnt perfect for our needs. When I let them know, they were incredible about fixing it to make sure it was perfect. New one came and I couldnt be happier. The customer service was incredible. Highly recommend!!
