FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work solely on Insurance Proceeds! We don’t charge you anything directly. We charge the insurance company. The only thing the homeowner is responsible for is covering their deductible amount. That’s it! This is why we want to make sure you get what you deserve and the insurance covers everything they are supposed to. The more we can get covered for you, the more you get for your money and the more we make as well. It’s a win-win!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by doing a free inspection. This way we can assess any damage to the roof. We then ask questions to see which route the homeowner would like to go. We provide Estimates to those who do not wish to file a claim or simply do not have homeowners insurance for any reason. If the homeowner wishes to file a claim we generally like to call the insurance company with the homeowner. This helps make the process much quicker because we know the types of questions the insurance company will ask. We can then help guide the customer on the best answers to their questions in order to make filing the claim quick, simple, and efficient. Once the claim is filed the adjuster will reach out to the homeowner to set a time and day to come look for themselves. We make it part of our job to meet them there! This puts pressure on the adjuster to provide you with a fair adjustment. It lets them know you have a knowledgeable representative in your corner that will push back on anything less than what you deserve. Once the roof is approved and the paperwork is signed, we put the replacement on our schedule! Your representative will be on-site the day of completion to make sure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. After the roof is replaced, we send a Completion Letter directly to the insurance adjuster in order for the final payment to be sent out. We handle the headache so that you can focus on the things that you need to! Having your roof replaced doesn’t have to be difficult if you have Impax Contracting on the job!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My partner and I have both been in the construction industry our entire lives. We both come from a long line of tradesmen. From roofers and exterior remodelers to flooring and tile layers, we know construction and how to GET THINGS DONE!
