- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are determined by either distances, mileage, or hours. Discounts are advertised often as travel packages. For example a Night On The Town may be discounted based on a new customer, the amount of hours the vehicle is needed, military, etc. All our rates are simple flat rates (all inclusive). That means taxes, gratuity, gas, etc are included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer also means added perks given to get the new customer, in hopes to get their continued business. For example we would instantly offer a 10% discount to all new customers first 2 rides (trips). Additionally frequent trips offer discounts as well. Our point system would be explain in detailed upon the customer first booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Southern Georgia Limo Services, is a dba to our long standing Atlanta GA company: Pickup And Drop Transportation LLC. We have been in business since 2011, first as a Legal Courier service, then limousine service in 2017. Since that time we have developed a strong vetting & training process when hiring drivers (chauffeurs). First, all Chauffeur's must have a clean 3 year driving record, clean background check, undergo a 6 hour defensive driving course, a 6 hour online Chauffeur training, a 6 hour in-person training, and finally a 4 hour orientation going over our rules and protocols. Our hiring and training is very thorough.
