- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE estimates. Each specification of work can range in "hourly rate" we prefer to charge per job. While our estimates are BASED on hourly rates, we set a price and you know exactly what you are going to pay prior to agreeing to the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimate to meet and discus work to be completed. Customer info including phone number and email to get customer their responses quicker and easier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Countless years in many trades, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing and more.
