This company was truly heaven sent. We had a backup it was real bad. I didn’t realize moving in that the septic hadn’t been pumped as we were told it had. I didn’t want to gross you all out but I had to show the before and after. Freedom kept me informed, sent me before and after pictures. And gave me a few pointers on how to do monthly maintenance. They will definitely be my go to company for as long as I’m living here 🙌🏾

Purchased a house without knowing the true state of the septic system. Freedom septic was able to come out quickly to assess and make much needed repairs that could have been disastrous had they been ignored. I was unable to be there in person so I was updated with pictures of progress all along the way. I will be calling them for any future septic needs, however, I’m pretty sure they set us up so that we won’t be needing them for anything besides regular maintenance.

They were great. They came out and got the job done efficiently and kept me well informed throughout the process. Extremely thorough, on time, did a great job, and to put it over the top they were very friendly to my kids who were interested in their mini ex.
