Gene Watts is a true professional and very customer service oriented. I hired him for my Sister to install three (3) safety bars in the shower and near the commode
He was very understanding after cancelling two (2) appointments with him. His work quality is exceptional. He has a great personality, listens to my concerns and/or opinions regarding the job, and offers his personal opinion when asked, and always returned phone calls promptly. I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.

Travis did an amazing job. He quoted my fence and then when it was time for the job to be done he was on it when he said and did exactly what he said he would do. He and his Dad were awesome to work with. Any home project I have he will be my first contact. It was a pleasure working with him.

Travis and Gene did a beautiful job on our renovation. They didn't mind doing the smaller piecemeal projects that are so important, to make our whole project beautiful and complete. Great attention to detail. They also honed in on some mistakes other contractors had made so we, in the end, have a high quality finished project. We highly recommend them.

Travis was terrific to work with. Did a wide range of services around the house for us and did each job very well. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, and friendly. He also reviewed the punch list with me before starting and asked me to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction before he left. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality handyman. We will hire him again.
