I am a prior law enforcement officer of thirteen years as well as a criminal justice major. I have a very extensive background with home improvement working as a full time service plumber and electrical technician. I live in the metro Atlanta area with my three beautiful children and decided to take my service company full time. Rob responded to my request within minutes and scheduled a day to come out to my home within a few days. He was able to fix an assembly issue with a murphy bed very quickly and safely mount it to the wall. His price was reasonable and he professional and kind.

I only could choose three items of what I liked, in terms of his service, but ALL apply for his review! Upon selecting his service, I received a phone-call in less than a few minutes, and we able to discuss his repair of my bed frame. Afterwards, we bounced consistent communication/ETA towards his arrival, to come, a couple of hours later. He was able to repair and optimize my bed frame in less than an hour and a half, and the materials he needed to purchase from the Home Depot around, weren't much of an added cost, to his flat service fee of $125. Very friendly, professional, and humble guy to work with, and would be more than eager to select his services again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have $125 service fee to cover fuel, wear and tear, and general overhead. This fee is absorbed into the project if I am hired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to build a rapport with new customers and I want them to feel comfortable with me in their homes. I also want to build a client base so that I can get my business off the ground.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College educated and went to school for plumbing.
