I am a prior law enforcement officer of thirteen years as well as a criminal justice major. I have a very extensive background with home improvement working as a full time service plumber and electrical technician. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have $125 service fee to cover fuel, wear and tear, and general overhead. This fee is absorbed into the project if I am hired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to build a rapport with new customers and I want them to feel comfortable with me in their homes. I also want to build a client base so that I can get my business off the ground.
