I am very satisfied with the service. I found the company on the internet and followed through by talking to Jose on the phone. He was very professional and came the same day to check out my roof. He also placed a temporary protection to avoid further leak. We were lucky as it rained the entire week. He assigned his crew once the rain stopped and it took them 2 days to replace the roof. Very clean and professional with their work. I have a very busy schedule and they made everything very simple from scheduling the appointment, insurance processing, payment and follow up. Solid Solution is the definition of great service and work. I will be happy to refer them to family and friend.
