From the moment I selected his company for a quote, he was responsive and punctual. He was polite and friendly. He assessed the issue and provided a recommendation. He worked with my current situation and provided a solution I could manage. The materials were purchased and installed same day. He's efficient and clean. I had hot water in 3 hours!!
