Wedding coordinating package
This package includes:
2 Wedding Coordinators
Coordinator attendance at rehearsal
Assist with vendor recommendations as requested by the client*
Create and design ceremony and reception layout in Allseated or Social tables as requested by the client*
M&G will serve as the primary contact for all vendors and the venue
Review signed contracts for logistics
Management of vendors and assistance with wedding day setup and breakdown
Create and manage event timeline
Distribute timeline to all applicable vendors and coordinate arrival times
In person planning session
Unlimited phone calls and emails
Final venue walk through
Complimentary use of emergency kit on wedding day
Complimentary use of all on hand wedding décor such as vases, votives, signs, chargers, battery operated candles, card boxes, cake stands, galvanized tubs, flower girl wagon, easels.

Amazing experience! The wedding day was relaxing and enjoyable as Brittany and Roxanne took care of everything from coordinating the procession of vendors to organizing the last details of the day! M and G communicated frequently with us throughout the process. They were punctual, professional, and most importantly obviously really enjoyed their work! Lovely ladies with positive and calming attitudes ..... would highly recommend!

Brittnie was great and so helpful on my wedding day! We scrambled to pull a 300 person wedding together in less than 3 months and it was everything I could have wanted and more. She was on top of everything the entire time leading up to the wedding and was a total rockstar on the day of. I had no idea of anything that went wrong because she just handled it perfectly. She kept everyone on track and on schedule and we couldn't have been happier with our experience with her. We had 14 groosmen and 13 bridesmaids, so she had her hands full to say the least.
One of the best things about hiring Brittnie was the pre-wedding checklist that we went through together. It was all-encompassing and helped us think of things we may not have ever thought of leading up to the day of. She was great with all of the big things that we wanted on our day of, all the way to the small details of table settings, donut wall and hot chocolate bar. I would highly recommend Brittnie to anyone looking for a weddingcoordinator.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service wedding planning company with 2 certified planners. We have 3 standard packages full planning, partial planning, and day of coordination.
We can also create custom packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial phone consultation with all of our potential clients. The phone consultation will be our opportunity to get to know a little about you and your opportunity to fall in love with our company. Our goal is always to be friendly, knowledgeable, and to educate our clients on some of the best practices we have learned along the way. After the initial consultation, once you are ready to book we will send over the contract and schedule our in person planning session.
At M&G we value our clients and love to do in person consultations. We meet at a coffee shop local to you where we get to know you and your wedding vision. We have detailed questionnaires we go over with our clients to ensure we do not miss any details.
If there are scheduling conflicts we also do phone consultations and electronic bookings with a follow up in person planning session.
We understand wedding planning can be overwhelming our goal is to ease the stress and be as flexible and helpful as possible.
**Our calendar on Thumbtack is up to date. The dates blocked off mean we have another client scheduled for that date and can not accommodate another wedding. Any dates that are not blocked off are available to be booked.
