Dustin is an ABSOLUTE STAR!!! He remodelled my bathroom by removing a 1976 vanity and replacining it with a 2025 updated Vanity with marble top and a updated dual flush toilet....AND HE DID IT ALL BY HIMSELF! I was truly impressed by the workmanship and timing. He was SO professional and priced the entire job very reasonably.

I would not recommend this contractor based on my experience.
The most serious issue was safety. The contractor hired a worker who appeared to be impaired. I found the worker unresponsive on my property due to what appeared to be drug intoxication. No homeowner should have to deal with that on an active job site.
I specifically instructed the contractor to demolish the chimney using pry bars. Instead, they attached it to a truck and pulled it down onto my driveway. This damaged the driveway and cracked one of the cinder blocks in the foundation wall.
The contractor also offered to install insulation without mentioning there would be an additional charge. After the scope of work changed, I was unexpectedly billed an extra $1,500 for the insulation, which had never been disclosed or agreed upon beforehand.
After I paid a $9,000 deposit, the contractor demanded additional payments before completing the work covered by that deposit. They also had not paid for materials. I explained that I would release another draw once the siding was completed, but they refused to continue working unless I paid more immediately.
As a result, they left the siding unfinished, leaving the house partially wrapped with exposed areas instead of completing the exterior as agreed. They also abandoned the job site without cleaning up. Bricks, lumber, insulation, and construction debris were left scattered throughout the driveway and yard, creating both a safety hazard and a significant cleanup burden.
Between the unsafe work environment, damage to my property, unexpected charges, incomplete work, payment disputes, and the condition in which they left my property, this was an extremely unprofessional experience. I cannot recommend this contractor, and most likely will never use thumbtack.

Thank you for you review. Let’s talk about some of the facts here. Your first point is about the chimney. You didn’t instruct us to only use pet bars to demo the chimney. In order to demo a chimney what contractor is going to use solely pry bars to take a brick chimney down.
You paid a 9 deposit for us to start work we worked for two weeks and you refused to pay the next draw that Thursday which we were under contract for. According to you we were getting behind schedule which we were due to all the rotted areas you refused to pay to let us fix and you wanted to cover them up or the addition in the back that we demoed to be able to put it back or the side wall that was sagging so bad from foundation issues that you hired another contractor to do that didn’t even frame it up correctly. You state that we didn’t complete 9k in work but you just wanted to see a itemized line item completed in order to justify that amount but your endless change orders and no insulation the walls or decking the house or house wrap that we had to do in order to even put siding in the house caused us to get behind and also foundation issues and broken ridge beams that needed to be fixed in order to move forward. Not to mention you claim the 1500 dollars was out of no where but I told you the price and told you I would update the contract for it that night and sent over to you.
We couldn’t finish the siding due to all the rotted areas we refused to cover up for you or the addition that was not built yet. Once you refused to pay the draw you told us to leave the property. We don’t work for free and we are not covering up rot and mold for the next homeowner to have to deal with. With that being said you leave a bad review because in your eyes 9k of work wasn’t completed but in reality it was and we couldn’t complete anything due to that fact or change orders and foundation issues and rot you wouldn’t let us fix and refunded the next draw which we were under contract for and also bringing in other contractors to bid on things we were under contract for as well so left us confused on what we were actually supposed to be doing. Once draw was refused you told us to leave the property and that was how it was left after the addition was demoed.
