I had an great experience with Dr Watts Electric. The staff was friendly, on time, and informative. They diagnosed my electrical problem very quickly. Explained it clearly to me and had it fixed shortly after. Overall they provided an outstanding and affordable service and I will be recommending them to my friends and family going forward.

My tech from Dr. Watts came right on time and quickly figured out why my outlets weren't working. I was up and running in no time. And as these outlets were for my outdoor Christmas lights you could say that ... he saved Christmas! Thanks guys. I will definitely use you again.

Frank did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem, got 3 lights working that hadn't worked for years and billed us a fair price. We will use him again for any future electric work.

Service was excellent. We had a few issues with the security lights, which was a manufacturer's defect, not the fault of Dr. Watts at all. They did everything they could to make the lights work and decided to replace the defective lights. Very nice folks and very good work. Great customer service. The replacement lights are working great! I will use them again for any electrical needs I may have and highly recommend them.

Power was out to the lights in the Master's Bathroom. Power was out to the wall plug-ins to the Master's Bed Room. Power was out to the Porch light and Front Door overhead light. Seems the Neutral Feed Line to that section of the house had come loose.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, We meet with our new customer and discuss their electrical issues or needs. Then, we will give them an estimate or set charge for the work that will be done. We will then set a scheduled time for the work to be done.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Everyone from limited incomes to high end business people. We can simply, add an outlet or add new construction service. We have done everything in between.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to make sure that you hire a professional and courteous company. Talk to the owner, talk to the staff, talk with the people who will be coming into your home or business and make sure that you feel comfortable with these people. Make sure that you get a quote for all work being done.
