I thought he did a great job mowing the lawn. However, I was a little disappointed that there was no lawn maintenance done. There was still large sticks on my yard. There were parts of the yard that had leaves that were not mowed. This could be my fault because I wasn’t aware that I needed to remove the debris from the yard as well.

The WGN Elite lawn care team was very responsive from start to finish. The team showed up half an hour before the scheduled time for increased efficiency during a cooler time of the day. Latoneyus with WGN lawn care was responsive, professional and punctual. I had a variety of projects that needed to be completed in my yard. When Latoneyus came for the initial visit, he was able to give me a quote on the work that needed to be done. He told me that he could be here on the next day that it wasn’t raining. He did indeed show up on the first day that it wasn’t raining. I really appreciated him keeping in touch with me regarding my project. Latoneyus and his crew were able to complete my work within a couple hours. They did everything I asked them to do, and cleaned up all of the trimmings and branches. I can’t begin to express how appreciative I am for WGN lawn care. It’s so hard to find people who will not only come out to give you a quote, but also follow through and get the job done. This means everything to me, as I have recently hurt my neck and I couldn’t complete the work that I had started. I’ll definitely use WGN lawn care for all of my lawn needs. Once the grass starts growing again, I’ll be calling them to maintain my lawn. Also, I know that I now have somebody to complete any of the heavier yardwork for me. Thank you, WGN!
