Brent has been my AC guy for the past 8 years. When my wife and I purchased our home, 3 of the AC units went out in the first year. Brent and his team replaced them, and the units have been working flawlessly ever since. Last year the 4th unit went out just before summer and he was installing the new unit within 2 days. Any time we have an issue or just regular service, Burroughs has been professional and most importantly during the summer quick to solve the problem.
