- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always be as fair to my customers as I will to my myself. There is room for a discount in every job with me. But ultimately quality has to be first priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think first impressions are very important. Like to let my customers know I will treat their home as I would mine. Leaving the job completely finished in a way the customer feels he or she has made the right choice in trusting me to perform their plumbing needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a journeyman plumbing license. I am backflow certified. I have several water heater certifications. I have been in plumbing for over 20 years. Have done jobs as big as schools and prisons and also minor work like replacing a toilet. No job is too big or small.
