- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk on a one to one basis, I find out the needs of my customer and if I can help them I create a menu and cost it out ,then we agree on a cost,deposit and a time for the final payment after I complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years in the culinary field. My formal training began in high school where I won second place in a New York State competition, after high school I graduated from Culinary Institute of America. I have worked in high end resort hotels to high volume family style restaurants. I specialize in soups and sauces but my experience is vast.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this field out of necessity.My mother was a terrible cook. If I wanted to gain weight I needed to learn how to cook. Lol
