Introduction: We are a full-line real estate company working from the contract to the close. We show it, contract it, loan the money to buy it, help fix problem credit and often provide down payment assistance through a variety of government agencies and charities. We are licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Tenn and soon to be licensed in Florida and and North Carolina. We also offer broker services and support for realtors who want more independence. We primarily represent the buyer.
