-Service call 100$ -if job is completed within the hour no extra charge will apply -no diagnostic fee -only a pick up fee charged for materials, customer will get material at cost -negotiation is acceptable

-Touch base with customer via phone call -give detailed quote -I’ll explain the process to complete job
