I woke up to no hot water. Wife and daughter were not happy. I called drip drop. They came right out even on a Saturday. They gave recommendations. I choose the most expensive (tankless). He went to supply house and installed that day. Endless hot water = happy wife

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL SPEND MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN & WASTE YOUR TIME!! I usually try not to write “bad” reviews with companies especially as a small business owner myself but this “customer service” is completely unacceptable. My bathroom had been leaking water pretty bad for nearly a week now and Drip Drop Plumbing has postponed my appointment TWICE and the last appointment decided they were not going to reply or reach out or say anything to indicate that they were not able or capable to come to my property. I have now lost time and money because the leak is still not fixed. They asked to send pictures, videos, brand name of faucet and all and STILL have not made an attempt to call, email, smoke signal or anything. If I could gift them with anything less than 1 star that would be too generous. Save your money and book with another pro.
