- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs have a flat rate cost for the repair needed and all pricing comes from the Appliance Repair National Price Guide (Blue Book for appliance repair) Never an hourly rate or an overtime charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to you home or business and diagnose the problem. We will then give you a flat rate cost for the repair from the Appliance Repair National Price Guide. Most common parts will be on the truck, which allows most jobs to be completed on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory Trained and Certified by All Major Manufacturers.
