BLESSED -- that is the BEST word I can use to describe working with Rose Construction and Brayan Cardenas. Not only does he give a fair estimate for his work, he does quality work in a timely manner.
I have been looking for a contractor for a while and I had very specific things that I was looking for; I have been burned my fair share of times and I wanted to find someone who would do exactly what they say that can/will and in a timeframe that is reasonable -- this is Rose Construction and Brayan.
He built a handicap shower for my mother in my basement (no small task) and it is beautiful, functional, and SAFE! Due to the quality and expediency of his work, we hired him to re-do our kitchen so expect a new review and pictures soon. Our home was built in the 1980s so it needed an update -- I have been waiting to find someone I could trust to do it!

Bathroom Remodel
Working w/Rose Construction was a breeze. They were willing to work with me on the price, they showed up on time, and the quality of their work was neat. After the completion of the job, there was a small issue with the plumbing, however they promptly came back out to fix the problem without hesitation.

Kitchen Remodel
Brayan did some kitchen island trimming today and am pleased the work he did. He is very honest guy! First we agreed on what needs to be done and he did it effectively. I will definitely keep him my to go person in the next project.
