What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base most of our work by the project and guarantee complete satisfaction and will continue to work no matter how long it takes for the project to be completed. We believe that every client deserves individual attention and a plan that fits within their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet together in person or by phone and do a complete evaluation of the business owners needs and concerns. I will provide a complete proposal to outline the scope of work and schedule for completion.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began at working in the restaurant industry and quickly discovered a real skill in working with people and serving others. I managed Dairy Queens for over 10 years before moving into a store manager and training position with Southland Corporation. Later in my career I became a regional business director providing ongoing training and support to over 140 independent agents and 10,000 business clients. It was during this time I developed a real passion for mentoring, coaching and training entrepreneurs and business owners.
