Freddy arrived ahead of schedule and went to work on the carpet stains. There were several old stains that I was afraid might be a problem - nope! Freddy removed all of them including an ink stain. He's a personable, professional and has a eye for details. The rooms look absolutely amazing. He also used green solutions so there were no harmful chemicals left in my home. If you need carpets cleaned, he's that dude!
