Complete CarpetCleaning was awesome! They stuck to the committed appointment schedule, arrived on time, and brought the carpet back to life. We just bought the house and had no running water for his steamer. Despite that, Freddy went door to door in our neighborhood to ask for water to fill his machine. He could’ve rescheduled the appointment but stuck to it. After the carpet dried some spots resurfaced. The responded to my concern immediately and assured me that someone would be back out to take care of the spots and they were back the next day! Great customer service, great results, trustworthy character, and will go above and beyond to get the job done. I will be using them every time I need carpet or flooring work done in our home.

Freddy arrived ahead of schedule and went to work on the carpet stains. There were several old stains that I was afraid might be a problem - nope! Freddy removed all of them including an ink stain. He's a personable, professional and has a eye for details. The rooms look absolutely amazing. He also used green solutions so there were no harmful chemicals left in my home. If you need carpetscleaned, he's that dude!
