We had an annual furnace inspection completed recently. The technician (Daniel Alba) was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Gave us recommendations on things that will need to be addressed in the future. Definitely appreciate the honesty and attention to detail. Even the scheduling was a breeze.

The technician was great. Follow up not so good. He told me I would receive a call for a new part to be installed. I finally called after 3 days and service couldnt figure out the problem. She said she would call me back but never did. Here we are the day before Thanksgiving without a working system. Tomorrow 18 people are arriving for dinner. Good thing we will generate our own heat with added space heaters.
