The technician was great. Follow up not so good. He told me I would receive a call for a new part to be installed. I finally called after 3 days and service couldnt figure out the problem. She said she would call me back but never did. Here we are the day before Thanksgiving without a working system. Tomorrow 18 people are arriving for dinner. Good thing we will generate our own heat with added space heaters.
