What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For any onsite visits, there is a $90 trip fee. All services whether remote or onsite are billed in 30-minute increments $180.00 per hour rate for desktop/laptop/printing and network/server infrastructure (IT) support projects. $180.00 per hour rate for low-voltage such as Ethernet and coaxial related service or installation projects.

Remote consultation, troubleshooting, and resolution, and on-site visit if necessary
