- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For any onsite visits, there is a $100 trip fee. All services whether remote or onsite are billed in 30-minute increments $200.00 per hour rate for desktop/laptop/printing and network/server infrastructure (IT) support projects. $200.00 per hour rate for low-voltage such as Ethernet and coaxial related service or installation projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Remote consultation, troubleshooting, and resolution, and on-site visit if necessary

I am a passionate IT professional with 25+ years of progressive practical experience in the Information Technology field; many of those years were dedicated to supporting, managing, architecting, and implementing technology solutions for various industries with complex and evolving needs.
