Mr. Lee reached out almost immediately after I submitted my need for help with a network wiring project. We discussed the project on the phone, he reviewed photos of the space and then promptly set up an on-site estimate visit. He walked me through the vision he had for the optimal plan, worked up the estimate and scheduled the work quickly. On the day of the work Mr. Lee and his team made sure I understood what they were doing and why they did everything. He hung around for a bit after finishing to test and setup our home network showing us the vast improvements in our wireless speeds throughout the home and property. A pleasant and simple experience with optimal results. Definitely recommended for any networking / tech projects you may be looking into.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Seng. He was so knowledgeable he was able to listen to our needs and offer a much more economically sound solution than previous quotes. He responded immediately and had us up and running with service within a few days of initial contact (and he was 4 hours away, equipment had to be ordered, etc.). He even offered tech solutions/advice for problems that we were having that were not within the confines of what he was hired to do. Level of customer service was beyond any that I have experienced lately. Would definitely recommend!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For any onsite visits, there is a $100 trip fee. All services whether remote or onsite are billed in 30-minute increments $200.00 per hour rate for desktop/laptop/printing and network/server infrastructure (IT) support projects. $200.00 per hour rate for low-voltage such as Ethernet and coaxial related service or installation projects.
