Javier at Sands Construction is simply awesome. He pays attention to the customer. He is very experienced therefore he can provide consultative work. I needed several items inspected based on the buyers inspection report. He actually read the report and identified the best solution/fix for the issue. He visited my home for a deck inspection, but was also able to assist me with roof work. He recognized that I was handling things on my own while my husband was away. He checked up on me to make sure all was well and that I did not need additional help. Javier and his team have an awesome personalities. You do not feel like they are in it just for the money, they really care about helping people, although they need to make money too. I will use him for my new home. Just a great experience.

Javier, helped me with staying on budget and giving me alternatives to my design that were better. Some tweaks along line that were minuet, but they made sure to keeps us informed. We replaced an old 10x12 deck. I was in dream of a 28x12 with a concrete patio. With budget and understanding my idea, Javier came up with a floating deck!!! Genius!!! Went 16x12, with steps moved to head of deck not off house, no rush to now move fence, custom made steps for my arthritis knees to 7" ,soooo much easier 🤗 I love these guy!!!! I wish I could afford to keep them going, But my neighbors want them next. Will hire again!! In mean time we have new friend and family 😎🤓🤡🤠
