- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately every home repair is different and it is unrealistic to have a standard price. However our philosophy is to provide repairs that adress the root of the problem not just the symptoms at a price that is fair and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can get a good idea of what's needed from descriptions but I prefer to come and take a look prior to committing tof the costs involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years working in the construction field. I am very capable of handling repairs most others are intimidated by.
