I hired Milton to install a tankless water heater. Milton answered my initial query very quickly and we scheduled an inspection and estimate the next day. Milton showed up on time, was professional, explained what he would have to do very clearly, and submitted a competitive proposal for the amount of work required. Milton arranged to have all the equipment needed obtained and ready to go on the day we planned for the job. He again showed up on time and ready to work with his crew. His crew completed the job as scheduled and went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied. The unit works perfectly and the install looks good. Considering the amount of work, location of the old tank, and what they had to do to haul all of the old tank parts away through the middle of my house, they left the work area in great shape.

My sewer line is very old and had a break in the Y connector about 8 feet underground. Milton and his helpers were extremely fast at digging up the line and exposing the problem. In addition to replacing the broken line, he installed a new clean out. I felt that Milton was honest, trustworthy, and very hard working. The job was finished quickly and for a price that I deemed totally fair. I would happily hire Milton again.
