Jason built and installed very functional floor to ceiling bookshelves. Further, when the movable shelving portions would not fit back in after the shelves were painted, he returned and corrected the problem very promptly. I highly recommend his services and would work with him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free of charge and include a labor estimate based on visible issues to be remedied. Material cost is in addition to the labor quote. There are no additional fees that are not directly quoted in your written estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial estimates are provided through a personal visit to the worksite and cannot be quoted over the phone or through photos alone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Obras Property Services have a combined 50+ years of experience in varied construction trades such as carpentry, trim carpentry, finish electrical, rough framing, deck construction and repair, siding, gutters, window and door installation, wood fence construction and repair, and drywall repair.
