About
At Atlanta Concrete Coatings, we take pride in delivering high-quality, long-lasting concrete finishes with attention to detail you can actually see. We’re not a high-volume, rush-through contractor—we focus on doing the job right the first time using professional equipment, proven systems, and the right prep for every surface.
What sets us apart is our hands-on approach. Every project is treated like it’s our own property. From proper surface preparation to the final finish, we don’t cut corners—because that’s what makes the difference between a floor that looks good for a few months and one that lasts for years.
We also believe in being straightforward and honest with our customers. We explain the process, set clear expectations, and stand behind our work. No surprises, no shortcuts—just solid results.
Whether it’s a grind & seal, polished concrete, epoxy system, or decorative overlay, our goal is simple: deliver a clean, durable finish that adds real value to your space.

Kelvin and his amazing team are gifted. Reasonably priced but top tier service and skills. They are artists, and they go above and beyond. My garage floor needed extra coats of an Epoxy to make it perfect and they just made it happen, overcame a lot of circumstances beyond their control, and delivered a perfect result. A rare find these days.
Atlanta Concrete Coatings's reply
Mark, this review means a lot. Kelvin and the team don't cut corners — when a floor needs extra coats to hit perfect, that's what it gets. Thank you for trusting Atlanta Concrete Coatings, and for noticing the work behind the work. Enjoy the new garage!

Kelvin and his team are the absolute best in the Atlanta area, hands down. Between his excellent communication and dedication to doing things the right way, working with ACC was truly outstanding. We had originally gone with another contractor to polish our concrete floors, and while the floors were very challenging from a condition standpoint, we were very unhappy with the results. We called Kelvin immediately and he was able to explain his quote to us in greater detail. It turned out, based on the level of service, ACC was actually far more competitively priced and had better knowledge of how to approach our floors. Kelvin was also able to start the process of redoing the previous work right away. Our floors were one portion of a large home renovation, and one thing we've learned is how important it is to have a contractor that is easy to reach, easy to communicate with, and wants to give you the best possible service, and the ACC team embodies all of those qualities. After working through some challenges we encountered around filling tack strip holes, densifying concrete that was too soft, and smoothing everything out with a grout coat, the final floors look outstanding and we could not be happier with the results.
Atlanta Concrete Coatings's reply
Hi, Jacob. Thank you so much for the amazing review and for trusting Atlanta Concrete Coatings to step in and make things right.
We know how challenging concrete polishing can be — especially with soft slabs, tack strip holes, and previous work to correct — so we’re glad Kelvin was able to clearly explain the process and deliver the results you were hoping for. Communication and doing the job the right way will always be our priority.
We truly appreciate your trust and are thrilled you love the final floors. If you ever need us again, we’re here for you!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the quality of materials, proper preparation, and professional installation. We provide transparent, detailed estimates with no hidden fees. We typically require a deposit to secure scheduling, with the balance due upon completion. We may offer discounts for larger projects or bundled services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation—either on-site or virtual—to understand the customer’s needs and evaluate the condition of the concrete. Then we provide a detailed proposal with options and recommendations. Once approved, we schedule the project, handle preparation and installation, and keep clear communication throughout the process. Our goal is a smooth experience from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on training in the field, working with industry-leading products and systems such as epoxy, polyurea, and polished concrete. We continuously stay updated with manufacturer guidelines, product training, and best practices to ensure every installation meets high-performance standards.
