- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at $99 for entertainers and $150 for decorations. We have many themed, balloon and entertainment packages to suit any event that the event coordinator will be able to quote based on the exact items needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our trained party planing staff will help you pick the best options that will work for your party based on the number of kids, type of event and length of time needed. We get your event information details, send an online invoice as confirmation and request a deposit to secure the date. A follow up call before the event to touch base insures that everything is in order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take classes and continuing education courses to remain the best in our field. From face painting and balloon art conventions to hours of practicing our shows and training our entertainers.
