Prime Solutions took care of my broken screen and old battery in an excellent manner. Andre was very timely in his responses and explained well the process for the repair. I appreciated his method of having the customer purchase the parts and then he would get the parts and perform the repair. This allowed me to get a good price on the parts myself. His price for labor was very reasonable and he gave a nice discount for the first repair service.
