FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A very small interior painting job, such as a Crayola pencil scratch area that needs fixing or a hole less than a foot wide, is considered a "JOB DAY" and the price is $350.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To estimate the cost of a project, I consider several factors. One of them is the complexity of the work, which determines how much time and skill it will require. Another factor is the distance I have to travel to the site, which affects my fuel and transportation expenses. If the project is very small and simple, it may not be worth driving 40 to 50 miles for it. I also take into account who pays for the materials, whether it is the client or me. Based on these criteria, I give a fair and reasonable price per project, along with an estimated duration and a breakdown of the costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My career in the painting industry spans more than a decade, during which I have collaborated with some of the most reputable painting companies in Atlanta. I have gained valuable skills and experience in various roles, such as estimator, work executor, project manager, and designer.
