They did a great job. I was able to get my house completely ready to list in less than 3 weeks. I used them for paint (inside/outside/trim/doors), repair of siding/facia, hanging fixtures, ceiling tiles and finishing a closet. Very competitive pricing. I would suggest V&C if you are looking to sell a house fast. I received a full offer on mine 4 days after it was listed.

Felix did two homes for me both were 2,500+ sq.ft and all interior paint. Quotes were in line and painting was very professional keeping the houses clean. They were fairly quick and I admire the time they put into their prep work prior to painting. Will use again in the near future.

Replaced rotting wood in windows, doors, and soffit. Painted ceiling, replaced grout in master shower, pressure washed house/gutters! All in one day so there was almost no inconvenience for my and my family!

Felix and his team did a great job, finished on time as they promised, and did additional repairs as needed; and all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Thumbtack made it easy to find a pro, sadly these were not. First, I am sad because we are seriously stuck from the contractor’s actions. Now we’re losing money, and we cannot move the people in.
The previous review from Bonita was right - the price will change, amateur job, paint will peel out http://j.mp/1THUwCQ , he will walk out before the job is complete, and try to extort money using his other members of the family, dump others trash on your property, and you will be stuck with an amateur incomplete job to fix clean-up and complete, and oh yes – ( he will create a scene, where the police will end up on your door step - avoid ) when we first spoke to him on Thumbtack - he sounded professional which appealed to us.
In the future, I hope Felix hires the proper/professional labor, and perform professionally.

Andy, with all do respect I did not just walk away from the project . Like you mention it or trying to make it look like, and I didn't receive any money from your part. You hired my services for an exterior painting , in which you were adding things that were out of topic. You were including gutter , Sheetrock installations all for the same price. The original charge was $1,500 which I never raised the price. one of the reasons why I was forced to leave the job site, was because you were being disrespectful with my employees as well as myself and You insulted me. I strongly disagree with You due that I'm not the only contractor that you have done this to. I was told by your neighbors that every contractor you hire you end up scamming them ,and You find something to complain about in order for you not to pay them like you did to me. I was forced to call the cops, because you refused to pay my labor. At the end I didn't receive not even a penny to cover the material expenses, and now I'm left with the material depths. Sorry to say that I agree with your neighbors, that you are a very conflicted neighbor and I feel sad I have done business with you because customers like you low grade are business.
