Steve and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were true to their estimate, showed up on time and knocked the job out in two days. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair priced and we are always willing to try to work with our customers if we are able to.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk to the customer over the phone first and if we are able to give them a quote over the phone we will. If not then we we scheduled a time to meet and give an on site estimate. Should the customer want to move forward then they will sign a contract and we require a 50% deposit to cover materials. The remaining is due upon completion.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with my dad at the age of 17 and I loved it so I when my dad retired I took over the company.
