I had some wiring problems with my garagedoor that prevented the doors from closing. Sent the request and got a response right away. Got a quote and came within 2 hours. Very friendly and professional. Explained the issues I had and fixed not only the 1 door but, also any additional problems he saw. Price was very competitive. Garagedoor suddenly broke. The spring snapped. Luckily the door didn’t fall down and hit annoying. My Wife had just left the house for work about 5 mins before the spring breaking. Jumped on Thumbtack and found Freedom Overhead Door. They came out within hours and fixed my door for a reasonable price. My wife was able to drive right in when she got home that day from work, Freedom Overhead Door gave me piece of mind and I’d recommend them to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees and all prices are discussed before the work is completed. I do offer senior and military discounts of 5%
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job is different from the last and I always explain to the customer exactly what I'm about to do and give them the exact price. My whole goal is to have no miscommunication.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully trained and certified garage door technician. While getting my training through some of the larger companies I have been able to refine my skills and provide you with a very knowledgeable and economical solution for your garage door.
