- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a per foot pricing system as a base for most of our estimates. However , every job and every customer is unique . This is taken into consideration when dealing with each customer and their individual needs and requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact, a prompt free estimate will be scheduled, during which installation/repair process and product selection can be discussed. Work usually starts within a week to week and a half from initial meeting with customer. No payment is required until all work is completed to customers absolute satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands on experience. I have worked for many companies in that time and have accumulated the knowledge needed to be the professional contractor I am today
