I had an outstanding experience getting my John Deere riding mower repaired. From start to finish, the service was top‑notch. Alex diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had my mower running better than it has in years. Alex is excellent. He serviced my lawn mower quickly and even went to Lowes to get replacement blades after determining my blades were damaged and beyond sharpening. My shutter had also been blown off by a recent storm and Alex was able to expertly repair it. We rain into a couple of obstacles but Alex took his time to come up with solutions! Will definitely hire again.

I was extremely pleased with Alex, even from the initial conversation. It was urgent that I got my lawn mower repaired as soon as possible, and Alex worked with me within the 48-hour window I'd requested. He contacted me right away, we set up a time, and he showed up promptly. He immediately solved the problem and began working to fix it. He had my lawn mower working in less than 2 hours. He went beyond repairing the lawn mower. He realized that the tires on my mower needed air, something I was completely unaware of, and he inflated them. He took the time to explain to me what was needed and what he was doing. He gave me helpful hints to use going forward to assure my lawn mower stayed in good operational condition. He even gave it a test run to make sure it was operating in optimal capacity. Alex was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Alex, for a triple A job. Well done. I highly recommend Alex, and I will definitely be calling on him again if the need arises.

AleX Handyman was hired to fix my Tru-Cut reel lawn mower which would not continue running. He diagnosed the problem as a dirty carburetor. He took apart the carburetor, cleaned it thoroughly, put it back together and filled the tank with my fresh gasoline. The mower started immediately and continued running. Excellent diagnosis and repair. He also replaced torn vinyl straps on 2 patio chair after he finished the mower repair. I provided the vinyl straps and fasteners for him to complete the job. He charged $40 for the labor to replace the straps, $90 to clean the mower carburetor, and $75 service charge. In total, $205 for outstanding work, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. By the way, he scheduled the appointment to provide his service the next day after the initial contact with Thumbtack. Local lawn mower repair shops were scheduling appointments 2 weeks out to look at the mower. AleX Handyman provided very timely outstanding service. Would recommend him and will utilize his services again.
