Alex did a great job on fixing my 2 push mowers. He diagnosed the problems quickly and then did effective maintenance and repairs. One mower hadn't been running for three seasons, but he took it apart, repaired it, and got it running in no time. Alex was warm and professional and explained the cost upfront for the repairs. His rates were also reasonable.

I was extremely pleased with Alex, even from the initial conversation. It was urgent that I got my lawn mower repaired as soon as possible, and Alex worked with me within the 48-hour window I'd requested. He contacted me right away, we set up a time, and he showed up promptly. He immediately solved the problem and began working to fix it. He had my lawn mower working in less than 2 hours. He went beyond repairing the lawn mower. He realized that the tires on my mower needed air, something I was completely unaware of, and he inflated them. He took the time to explain to me what was needed and what he was doing. He gave me helpful hints to use going forward to assure my lawn mower stayed in good operational condition. He even gave it a test run to make sure it was operating in optimal capacity. Alex was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Alex, for a triple A job. Well done. I highly recommend Alex, and I will definitely be calling on him again if the need arises.
