I reached out to Alex and explained the issue with my Toro Lawn Mower. He knew from the get-go the root of the issue. Then, he arrived at home and took the time to repair and clean several parts of the mower, and tested several times to ensure it was working correctly. Kudos to AleX , Highly recommended!!!

July 6. 2024. Repaired broken metal piece on self propel lawn mower handle in a few minutes. Had material in vehicle and did a quick fix. Showed up more than 4 hours early without notice due due malfunction on his App. I was available and happy he came early. Charged $50 for service call due to the simplicity of the repair. Satisfied customer.

I don’t know what can be said about Alex that hasn’t already been said. First - after searching for reputable repair services in my area, none of which had the time to write back or answer inquiries; I had to expand my search outside of my zip code to find a decent business. BOY I AM GLAD I DID. Not only did Alex drive an hour and half to my location, but was able to diagnose the issue with my mower and worked on it until it was complete and WORKING. Alex, regardless of me trying to help, would not stop working until it was done. He reminded me of a scientist trying to cure cancer. Working diligently in all efforts. His personality was such a joy to be around and my family loved having him speak Russian to them. I will always have Alex as the fist go to repair man - because I know the job will be done right the FIRST time. 10/10 A+++

Alex was right on time to the appointment and went straight to the task at hand, which was to fix my push mower. He was very knowledgeable and had to take apart the mower in order to do a deep clean. My lawn mower ran better than ever before when he was done. Alex was professional and very kind the entire time. Overall, I would say he charged fairly and did the job quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone with 5 stars.
