Eugene is a proper professional. he showed up on time with all the necessary tools and questions to better gauge the scope of work before he gave an estimate. he spent well over an hour reviewing asking questions to make certain he understood what we were asking. This particular job had a lot of small intricacies that someone without his breadth of knowledge and experience wouldn't have known to even consider. He sent us his estimate later that evening. It was fair and reasonable. He came by the next day to pick up all the parts that would be used to reconstruct our cabinets. He came by a few days later with a cabinet ready to install them along with whatever additional supplies that are needed to complete the work. There were some elements of the work that I requested to be added after the fact and he was very gracious and fair about the additional work and cost involved. He constantly asked me to confirm the direction he was going was correct. And it almost always was. I can't say enough about his hard work and attention to detail. I can understand the trepidation people go through before hiring someone to come into their home and making irreversible mistakes. We can wholeheartedly say if you hire Eugene those fears will subside instantly. At the completion of his work, he graciously offered to come back and correct any issues that we may come across. We are pleased to say so far we have none! Thank you Eugene for all of your hard work and best of luck in the future.
